In line with the Equality Act 2010 all staff has a responsibility to ensure that key relationships are developed between roles within the institution so that successes are fully exploited. The Online Self-evaluation Service (OASES) is designed to provide a way of benchmarking your accessibility practices to widely accept 'reasonable adjustment' recommendations as well as the practice within other providers. The service is quick, free and anonymous. Providers can help to overcome barriers to access in a number of technology-related ways. This session is an overview and due to the time constraint will only be an outline of the service, surveys and expected outcomes. It is recommended that a full evaluation is carried out with your local RSC).
